To really get bikini body ready, you need to know two magic words: diet and exercise. The former will require you to completely change your eating patterns, the latter to pick up training your body and re-awaken the muscles, which in turn will assist you with burning you excess fat.
Let’s start with the diet. The more meals during the day, the better, but the amount of food cannot exceed the prescribed limitation of the calorie intake per day. Usually it looks like this, you eat breakfast, three hours later you have a little snack, then three hours later you eat lunch, then again you have to let three hours pass, have another little snack, three hours and then follows dinner. It is money very well spent to have a nutritionist figure out the best meal plan for you, but you have to work with the nutritionist, he or she has to complement your schedule and preferred food and try to intertwine some of your favorite foods into your diet. The diet cannot include any soda drinks, no matter if diet or with sugars, replace sweets with fruit, drink a lot of water and eat nothing in between meals. Besides that, your intake of carbohydrates, fiber, fats and proteins has to be evened out. Before I forget, any and all processed food has to go. Toxins which are in processed foods torpedo every single diet known to mankind, so simply avoid them.
Exercise has to last for more than half an hour and up until an hour. For the body it’s the best to keep it an hour and below, because that’s the time where your body burns the stored fat. To get bikini body ready, you need to burn the stored fat, and that’s why you focus on that time limitations per day.
Any training nowadays popularly called cardio training would do the job, assisting you with your fat burning task, but you have to figure out which of those you can do and will be able to do up until you’ve reached the desired goal, which is to get bikini body ready for the season. If your stamina is low and you have not exercised lately, pick up fast walking for starters. What you do is picking a route, where you will not be distracted in pace and dedication, keep your speed up, your heart should be pounding in accelerated rhythm and you should be sweating. No stops, no pauses to drink water, if you must, drink it walking, no sitting down, no cheating. If you manage to walk for an hour daily for two weeks, you will start to see changes happening. Together with your diet, you will understand that you may get bikini body ready, only if you keep at it. After you’ve upped your stamina enough, you may increase your workout by picking up running, swimming, bike riding or similar on some days instead of walking.
